Hadiz sobre el Mut'a

Sahih al Bujari

Volumen 7, Libro 62, Número 52:

Narró Jabir bin 'Abdullah y Salama bin Al-Akwa': 

Mientras estábamos en un ejército, el Apóstol de Allah , vino a nosotros y dijo, "Os ha sido permitido hacer el (matrimonio) Mut'a, luego hacedlo." Salama bin Al-Akwa' dijo: El Apóstol de Allah dijo, "Si u hombre y una mujer están de acuerdo (en casarse temporalmente), su matrimonio debería durar por tres noches, y si ellos lo continúan, pueden hacer así; y si ellos quieren separarse, pueden hacer así." No se sí eso fué sólamente para nosotros o para toda la gente en general. Abu Abdullah (Al-Bukhari) dijo: 'Ali dejó claro que el Profeta dijo, "El matrimonio Mut'a ha sido cancelado (hecho impermisible)."

While we were in an army, Allah's Apostle came to us and said, "You have been allowed to do the Mut'a (marriage), so do it." Salama bin Al-Akwa' said: Allah's Apostle's said, "If a man and a woman agree (to marry temporarily), their marriage should last for three nights, and if they like to continue, they can do so; and if they want to separate, they can do so." I do not know whether that  was only for us or for all the people in general. Abu Abdullah (Al-Bukhari) said: 'Ali made it clear that the Prophet said, "The Mut'a marriage has been cancelled (made unlawful)."
